HSCR 36-00    Specifies that the sale of prepaid telephone calling services is
           subject to the general excise tax (GET) at the point of sale.

HB 284 HD1    RELATING TO EDUCATION.
HSCR 459      Establishes the Hawaii state student council, with student
           representatives from each departmental school district member of the
           BOE or to run an election. (EDN,FIN)

HB 1946 HD1   RELATING TO ENERGY CONSERVATION.
HSCR 459-00   Requires all state agencies to retrofit buildings to save energy.
           Provides that all cost savings from retrofits shall be returned to the

HB 2721 HD1   RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION.
HSCR 209-00   Ensures that state road and bridge projects adequately meet our
           transportation needs, exist in harmony with their surroundings, and add

HB 2156 HD1   MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR BASIC DENTAL SERVICES FOR ADULTS.
HSCR 94-00    Appropriates funds to provide basic dental services for indigent

HB 2835 HD1   RELATING TO WATERSHED PROTECTION.
HSCR 398-00   Establishes a watershed protection trust fund to fund public and
           private watershed management projects benefiting water quality.
           Establishes a review board to identify watershed management areas.

HSCR 151-00   Allows the counties to collect a part of the public service company tax
           in exchange for not assessing the real property tax on utility
